You created the technology. But without distribution, technology is only a research project. We build and operate the go-to-market engine that transforms your protocol into a growing business – from initial users to repeatable acquisition and enterprise adoption.
Your launch created attention, but not traction
The token launch or mainnet release created a spike in Twitter mentions and Discord members. But attention is not adoption. Three months later, daily active users plateaued, developer activity stalled, and the TVL that spiked at launch slowly bled out. The launch was optimized for awareness when it should have been optimized for activation. Now you need to build the sustainable growth engine that the launch was supposed to create.
Developer adoption lacks a structured funnel
Developers find your documentation, try a tutorial, and then disappear. There is no system to move a developer from first API call to shipped integration to active ecosystem contributor. Your DevRel team responds to questions in Discord but has no structured program for converting curiosity into committed development. The developers who do build on your protocol found it through personal networks, not through a repeatable acquisition channel.
Enterprise prospects take months to convert without a clear process
Institutional and enterprise buyers require a completely different motion – security audits, compliance documentation, integration support, and relationship-driven sales cycles that last 6-12 months. Your current GTM treats them the same as retail users or developers. Without a dedicated enterprise pipeline with proper qualification, nurturing, and technical pre-sales, these deals stall in evaluation indefinitely.
Marketing, BD, and product work as separate islands
Your marketing team runs campaigns that generate leads your BD team does not follow up on. Your BD team makes partnership commitments that your product team cannot prioritize. Your product team ships features that neither marketing nor BD know how to position. This misalignment means every team is working hard while the company moves slowly. Go-to-market is a system, not a department – and yours is not connected.
We start with a complete GTM diagnostic, mapping your existing acquisition channels, conversion funnels, and team structure against your growth goals. It identifies where users and developers enter your ecosystem, where they fall away, and what is blocking the next phase of growth. Most crypto companies find they have several partially built funnels and not one complete funnel.
Using the diagnostic, we design and construct the GTM operating system. For developer-focused protocols, that means a structured developer journey from documentation through first integration to ecosystem contribution, supported by touchpoints and incentives at every stage. For consumer-facing products, it means finding the activation moment and directing every channel toward it. For enterprise plays, it means establishing a proper sales process with qualification criteria, collateral, and a technical pre-sales function.
Channel execution turns strategy into growth. We activate the two to three top-priority channels and run them intensively for 90 days. In crypto, that mix typically includes developer relations, ecosystem partnerships, content that informs rather than hypes, and focused outreach to specific buyer segments. Rather than spreading resources thinly across every channel, we concentrate on those that can realistically generate pipeline at your current stage.
Cross-team alignment is embedded in the process. We build shared dashboards, set a unified cadence for growth meetings, and clarify handoffs among marketing, BD, product, and developer relations. When every team works from the same metrics and narrative, execution moves faster without increasing headcount.
The result is not a strategy document – it is an operational GTM engine with live channels, active pipelines, and measurement connecting activity to revenue. We build it with your team so they can run it independently once the engagement is complete.
In crypto, most companies stall in the space between technology readiness and market readiness. The protocol functions. The GTM does not. Bridging that gap is not a marketing issue – it is an operating system issue requiring product, marketing, BD, and developer relations to align around one growth thesis.
The opening two weeks focus on the GTM diagnostic. We interview your leadership, examine your acquisition data, map existing funnels, and benchmark your competitive position. This is not theoretical – we assess real numbers, real user journeys, and real conversion rates to pinpoint the specific bottlenecks limiting growth.
During weeks three through six, we build the GTM operating system. Based on the diagnostic findings, we create the developer journey, enterprise sales process, and channel strategy. At the same time, we establish the operational infrastructure – CRM configuration, attribution, lead scoring, and cross-functional dashboards that maintain alignment.
The last four weeks focus on execution. We activate the priority channels, run the initial campaign cycles, move the first leads through the new system, and track results against the targets established during the diagnostic. By day 90, you have an operational GTM engine with live data showing which channels and motions drive growth.
The initial 30 days cover diagnosis and design. We collaborate closely with your founding team and growth leaders to understand the business, review current channels, and create the GTM operating system. This phase demands substantial access to your data, team, and strategic thinking.
Days 30-60 focus on building and activating. We put the operational infrastructure in place, train your team in the new processes, and launch the first channels. This is practical, hands-on work – we are present in your Slack, CRM, and weekly meetings, leading execution alongside your team.
Days 60-90 are dedicated to measurement and optimization. We assess early outcomes, refine the channel mix and messaging using the data, and develop playbooks that enable your team to keep scaling independently. At day 90, we deliver a complete performance review with recommendations for the following phase.
Engagements typically last 3-6 months. Team structure: a senior GTM lead owns the engagement, supported as needed by specialists in developer relations, enterprise sales operations, and content strategy. You provide access to leadership, your growth team, and every relevant data system.
If your crypto / defi company needs go-to-market leadership, we should talk.
Let us take a custom approach to your growth goals by assembling and leading the best-in-class marketing team to support your next stage.
A complete GTM build and activation engagement costs $40K-$90K over 90 days, based on complexity – including the number of audience segments, whether enterprise sales is included, and the maturity of your current infrastructure. Companies that already have some GTM foundations can begin with a 30-day diagnostic for $15K-$25K to pinpoint specific gaps before committing to the full build.
Developer and community channels generally begin showing traction within 30-45 days after activation. Enterprise pipeline requires more time – expect initial qualified opportunities within 60-90 days, followed by closed deals according to your standard enterprise sales cycle. The quickest wins usually come from resolving conversion bottlenecks in existing funnels, which may deliver results within the first two weeks.
We work as an embedded part of your team rather than as a separate workstream. We attend your meetings, work in your tools, and create processes your people can manage after the engagement. Weekly syncs, shared dashboards, and documented playbooks support effective knowledge transfer. Our aim is to strengthen your team's capabilities, not build dependency.
We execute and build rather than simply advise. Traditional consultancies provide a strategy deck, then leave you to handle implementation. We develop the GTM, establish the operational infrastructure, activate channels, and track results – all during one engagement. We also recognize that crypto GTM is fundamentally different from traditional tech GTM. Developer ecosystems, token dynamics, and regulatory constraints require an entirely different playbook.
We work with both, although the scope differs. Pre-launch engagements center on positioning, narrative development, launch strategy, and preparation for developer onboarding. Post-launch work centers on creating sustainable acquisition channels and scaling proven approaches. Regardless of stage, the diagnostic phase identifies the appropriate starting point.
Every audience receives a distinct GTM motion with a dedicated value proposition, channels, and conversion funnel. We help determine which audience to prioritize first by evaluating where product-market fit signals are strongest and where the path to revenue is most realistic. Attempting to serve every audience at once with a single GTM is the most frequent mistake, and we will push back firmly if that is your plan.
