How We Work

A packaging design engagement for an AV company runs 10 to 14 weeks from kickoff to final specifications. The first two weeks are inventory and architecture – no design work starts until the system architecture is clear. This is a joint session with your product, marketing, and operations teams and results in the packaging architecture document that governs all subsequent design work.

Weeks three through eight cover design development across product contexts. We work in a traditional design sprint cadence – concepts, review, refinement, prototype – with your teams in the review process at each stage.
